WALKABOUT PREORDER RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR RESERVATION

These Preorder Reservation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your reservation of the Walkabout travel trailer (“RV”) from Keystone RV Company (“Keystone”). By submitting a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ​Reservation Only – No Purchase Agreement

Your reservation is not a purchase agreement and does not obligate you, Keystone, or any Keystone dealer to enter into a contract for the sale or delivery of any RV and does not establish retail pricing for any RV. It merely places you in a queue to be contacted when the selected RV model becomes available.The final purchase and sale of the reserved RV will be completed through an independent authorized Keystone dealer, under separate terms and conditions. Keystone is not a retail recreational vehicle dealerand does not set or control the final retail price, financing, or additional dealer fees associated with the retail sale of the RV to you, including taxes, title, and other governmental fees.

2. ​Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to make a reservation. Reservations are limited to residents of the United States. We may reject or cancel any reservation that does not meet these criteria.

3. ​Reservation Fee

To place a reservation, you must pay Keystone a reservation fee in the amount of $[Insert Amount] (“Reservation Fee”). Placing a reservation with Keystone constitutes your agreement to be charged the Reservation Fee using your provided payment method. The Reservation Fee does not constitute a deposit toward the purchase price of any RV. The Reservation Fee is to hold your place in line to purchase the RV. Your Reservation Fee is separate from your retail purchase with an authorized Keystone dealer. 

4. ​Refunds and Cancellations

Up until the date and time you purchase the RV from an authorized Keystone dealer, you may cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason, and we will refund your Reservation Fee, in full. Likewise, prior to your retail purchase of the RV, Keystone reserves the right to cancel your reservation at any time, for any reason, with a full refund of your Reservation Fee. If you ultimately purchase the RV, the Reservation Fee will not be refunded. 

5. ​No Guaranteed Delivery Date

We do not guarantee the availability, production schedule, or delivery date of the RV to your dealer. Delivery timing is subject to change based on production schedules, regulatory approvals, supplier availability, and other factors.

6. ​Vehicle Design and Specifications Subject to Change

RVs currently described or referenced by Keystone are in pre-production.  All images, specifications, designs, features, and pricing of any RV model are preliminary and based on estimated information at the time of publication.  This information is subject to change at any time by Keystone without notice. Final production models may vary, and details will be confirmed at the time you enter into a retail purchase agreement with an authorized Keystone dealer.

​7.​Data Privacy

Keystone respects your personal data and your privacy. Please read the Keystone Privacy Policy which can be found at www.keystonerv.com/privacy-policy.

8. ​No Transfer; No Modification

Your reservation is non-transferable without our prior written consent. Likewise, these Terms may not be modified, altered, or amended without our prior written consent.  

9. ​Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Keystone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your reservation or these Terms. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Reservation Fee.

​10.​Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any action or proceeding relating to these Terms, your reservation, or the Reservation Fee shall be brought only in a federal court located in the Northern District of Indiana or state court located in Elkhart County, Indiana. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive the defense of inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any such action or proceeding in such venue.

All information on this website is the latest available at time of publication approval. Features, floor plans, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Please consult with your Keystone dealer for more current product information and specifications. Photos on the website may show optional equipment or props used for photography purposes.

Weights

Keystone has listed the approximate base weight of the trailer without the optional equipment included. Optional equipment will impact the weight of the trailer. Please consult Keystone's web site for standard specifications for each floorplan, including standard trailer weights. Please also locate the weight sticker inside of the trailer for the most accurate trailer weight.

Length

Length is defined as the distance from the centerline of the hitch pin/coupler to rear bumper of the trailer.

Tow Vehicle

Caution. Owners of Keystone recreational vehicles are solely responsible for the selection and proper use of tow vehicles. All customers should consult with a motor vehicle manufacturer or their dealer concerning the purchase and use of suitable vehicles for Keystone products. Keystone disclaims any liability or damages suffered as a result of the selection, operation, use or misuse of tow vehicle. Keystone's limited warranty does not cover damage to the recreational vehicle or the tow vehicle as a result of the selection, operation, use or misuse of the tow vehicle.
